All prefabs have been built trying to achieve the best effect with the less resources and textures possible while also keeping the particle count reasonably low.
Yet, just by tweaking the particle emission rate, you can easily scale the VFX from mobile friendly to desktop use. Out of the box the VFXs are a good compromise between the two.
Most of the prefabs are almost clear white or color-tinted to avoid creating unnecessary duplicates for each color and let you adapt the asset to your needs.
